This role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to create a cohesive and well-coordinated approach to meet the business's administrative and facility needs.In addition, you will:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
Provide comprehensive office administration services, encompassing SAP administration, management of security systems, assistance in site visits and corporate events, record management, regular office and intranet updates, and active involvement in ad-hoc projects.
Oversee the management of office facilities across multiple office locations for Arrow Energy. This includes the management of reception services, visitor coordination, access pass control, consumables ordering and ensuring the maintenance of office floors.
Overseeing repairs and maintenance activities on all office facilities. Ensure that offices consistently adhere to health, safety, and security obligations.
Develop and execute an efficient and cost-effective travel management process for Arrow. Prioritise safety, comfort, and compliance with company policies and procedures, with a particular focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, to seamlessly coordinate business travel and accommodations.
Maintain and manage all service contracts associated with offices & accommodation requirements.
About YouYou will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
Holds Business Management accreditations.
Experience in leading a team.
Administration/Facilities Management experience.
Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
SAP Experience (payments/vendor mgt).
Development and implementation of internal office management procedures.
