The Business Support Officer is instrumental in contributing to effective Business Support. With this in mind, we are seeking a motivated and professional person with extensive administrative skills, adaptability, an eye for attention to detail, strong prioritisation and organisational skills, experience in process design and a desire to make a positive contribution to the work environment.
The position provides high quality support and services, to the Gateway Visitor Centre's management and site leaders, including effective communication, record keeping, process quality assurance, across business operational areas of procurement, asset, systems, financial and workforce management.
The position may be required to supervise others assisting in the provision of administrative support to the business areas and requires the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse workforce, as well as the ability to work independently. The position works a five day on (Monday to Friday) and two days off roster.
