About the position
Council’s Safer Communities Department is looking for a position title who will be responsible for position objective.
The main responsibilities will include:
Resolve and respond to enquiries from the public in a timely manner and provide information on Council’s services and facilities to customers and Council officers.
Develop strong and positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
Provide administrative support to other areas of the Safer Communities Department as required.
This is a part-time role working 31 hours per week - working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

This position is a Band 4 currently remunerated at $70,945 per annum (pro-rata), plus superannuation. Overtime will also be paid as required.
