The Business Support Officer (BSO) will promote service excellence through the delivery of customer service, administration and site management services.
The BSO will support the Geelong office by providing front of house and reception services. This position provides a broad range of administrative support services which includes managing customer queries in person, over the phone and by email. They are responsible for directing visitors, liaising with site security and being a general point of contact for queries from staff.
The role assists in the management of fleet vehicles, ensuring log sheets are completed accurately, maintaining service schedules and overseeing the vehicle booking system.
This position requires a motivated person who enjoys working in a team providing customer services to the Victorian public and supporting the Barwon South West region.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Previous customer service and administration skills are highly desirable.
This is a casual fixed term position available for a period of 12 Months. The work location for this position is Geelong with hybrid work arrangements available.
