Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including experience with Pivots.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
- Data entry and management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creation and management of work orders.
- Responding to queries via email and phone, maintaining professionalism and providing timely responses.
- Filing and organising documents both physically and digitally.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Duration: 3 Months with possible extension
Start Date: Immediately
Working Hours: 8am - 4pm, 38 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $46.27
