About Digital Innovation
Digital Innovation is a newly created department servicing The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Formulated through the partnering of the Information Management and Technology Directorate at The Women’s and the Digital Innovation Department at The Royal Melbourne Hospital who were responsible for the management and maintenance of the Digital Assets encompassing networks, storage, communications and applications enabling the delivery of safe, quality care.
Digital Innovation will deliver on new digital advancements, efficiencies and explore opportunities around collaboration and consolidation of digital platforms. Our digital tools have enabled our health services to stay connected during the pandemic, supporting an exponential growth in virtual health, workplace flexibility and consumer demand in supplying alternate models for access to care.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for providing business analysis and all data related activities, as well as liaising with IT on technical-related items for the HRIS Project, across the two health services of The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital, from implementation planning through to transition to business as usual (BAU).
This position will predominantly work on the HRIS Project and may also need to work across the other projects within the Program as well as drawing upon the expertise input/feedback of other projects within the program, and vice-versa.
A regular day will see you:
- Review all cyber security dashboards and alerts for vulnerabilities and provide recommendations
- Communicate and facilitate the introduction of digital change with key stakeholders
- Ensure data governance, integrity, security, dissemination, and privacy
- Assist in defining and delivering sustainable operational processes in support of the digital ecosystem
About you
Along with your previous experience and analytical mind, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
