Volt Edge has an opportunity available for a Business Systems Manager to implement, manage, maintain and improve new business systems via the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

We conduct Electrical & Safety Training (RTO#32137) at multiple training centres across Australia. We have been in business for more than 12 years and are in an expansion phase. Currently we have 10 Administration Staff of varying roles with multiple contract and part time trainers and assessors.

The Role
As our Business Systems Manager, you will bring your (previously demonstrated) experience and knowledge and be pivotal in shaping our current and future business systems and processes.
Using innovating methods you will assess and analyse solutions, undertake analysis of workflows and user requirements and create business cases.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create, prioritise and execute roadmap of initiatives for operational improvements with a main focus in our Accounting Department.
- Investigate and analyse business processes, software, procedures and cross operational issues for long term continuous improvement opportunities.
- Map, communicate and document business requirements with the intent to identify gaps and work towards process adherence across all business operations.
- Deliver end-to-end project management including the development and escalation of business cases/project briefs.
- Key projects include: Internal Program LMS SMS Management, Accounting Plug Ins and CRM Integration.
- Liaising with external contractors/vendors to deliver project objectives, as approved and required.
- Providing routine project updates and outcome reports to senior management.
- Engaging with staff and management teams to understand technical and non-technical or business requirements and issues, and provide strategic support and advice.
- Supervisory roles
- At least 5 years' experience with a proven track record of your (demonstrated) knowledge of implementing an ERP solutions and customer support services with an accounting function whilst utilising project management methodologies.
- have a high level of computer literacy with experience implementing and operating business systems and processes
- be self-driven and motivated, following tasks through until completion
- develop and improve processes with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- present professionally, with genuine people and communication skills, easily building trust and rapport at all levels both inside and outside the business
- have excellent planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage your own work
