Organisation Management Officer - Human Resources (Payroll) - Clerk Grade 7/8 - Central Sydney - Full-time - Temporary up to 12 months

About us

Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas of criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 27 offices.

About you

You will use your demonstrated experience to support and advise the team on a range high-level Organisational Management (OM) matters. You will utilise your strong stakeholder engagement skills to advise the Executive and HR Business Partners on compliance and opportunities for continuous improvement of data within the SAP OM system.

We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.

The essential requirements for this role

You must:
  • have experience with SAP Organisational Management module and other SAP systems, within a complex agency
  • have tertiary qualifications in Organisational Management or equivalent experience.
  • be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before you start work with us
  • be willing to do a Criminal Record Check
  • hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
