Position Purpose
This role will have a direct impact on driving the service and product standards of the business.
You be based in Alexandria locations as well as the future Marrickville location.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency of the Tuga savoury menu and execution of menu items.
- Support the expansion of the savoury offering
- Continued development and roll out of a range of Tuga chutneys, preserves, pickles and ferments
- Be sales focused, create and lead the team to execute revenue initiatives.
- Passion for product. Support the extraordinary team of chefs and guarantee you and your teams have a detailed knowledge of the product.
- Ensure food quality, recipe consistency and service is to the highest standard.
- Ensure operational standards are met in terms of stock management, invoicing, cleaning, hygiene, repair and maintenance schedule.
Essential Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 1 years as a CDP
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Exceptional time management and a great eye for detail and quality control, understanding of HACCP controls and requirements
- Mature mindset and can-do attitude
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends if needed
