Applicants must have extensive food and coffee knowledge.
Minimum 3 years experience and proven success in similar type operation is essential.
A hands-on operator is sought to manage the day to day running of a store and be a leader to develop a successful team and maintain a high level of organisational efficiencies.
Applicants must be driven and passionate about supplying a great customer experience every time. You must have excellent communication skills, possess the ability to create a solid team and be able to lead by example.
