Full Job Description
We are on the hunt for a venue manager for a well-established business. We are open 7 days for viewing with events occurring on weekends and Nights.
The perfect candidate would have previous experience managing a team, roistering, increasing sales, and experience in events.
Lead and develop a team across the venue including FOH and BOH.
Develop trusting relationships with current and new stakeholders
Proactively build and create business relationships
Drive activities to increase profit margins
Financial reporting including forward planning
Roistering within budgeting parameters
Resilient and determined
Strong focus on customer service, with set KPIs
Capabilities in stock take systems and ordering processes
Manage opening and closing procedures
Manage the operational function of the venue and surroundings
Area Management and oversight including ensuring KPIs and policies are adhered to
Overseeing the smooth operations of events and functions
Conduct training, implement new learning incentives and design training programs suitable.

Demonstrated experience in training staff of all levels
