** $65k + super + $7.5k Bonus structure **
The role:
- You will manage an array of inbound calls and emails from existing and potential business customers and consumers
- Provide internal customer service to the Sales Team
- Assist customers and help resolve queries with sound judgement and initiative whilst investigating using resources
- You will work across multiple software systems to source required information
- Support and deliver operational functions for order processing, reporting, strong data entry capabilities.
- Experience providing great customer service levels to customers
- You will work to and strive to achieve individual and team SLAs
