ABOUT THE ROLEExciting opportunities exist for experienced Call Centre Operators with a strong drive to provide excellent customer service and provide an outstanding experience for our TV rating panel members.
Flexible evening workDynamic and supportive team environmentPossibility to build skills and experience other facets of the market research industryThis is an office-based role at our office in Lane Cove.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Call Centre Operators will utilize their organisation and communication skills to liaise with our panel on a range of issues
  • Organize our technicians to provide onsite support.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Call centre experience preferable
  • The commitment of a minimum of three days per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday, 4 hours a day
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • The shift timings initially will be from Mon-Thursday (5 p.m.-9 p.m.), Friday (5 p.m.- 8 p.m), Saturday (12 p.m. - 4 p.m. OR 1 p.m. -5 p.m.), Sunday ( 1 p.m. -5 p.m.)
