AddressCall Centre - Inbound/Outbound
We are looking for a Call Centre operator on a Full-Time basis to join our dynamic and growing team in Melbourne.
We are currently experiencing significant growth and are looking for a highly driven individual to complement our team.
About the role
- Outbound calling to existing referring partners
- Outbound calls to advise potential clients of our business offering
- Receiving Inbound calls and actioning where appropriate
What your day may look like
- Outbound calling and scheduling of meetings with different property organisations
- Taking inbound calls from clients requesting our services
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in sales, relationship management is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive and tenacious attitude and an unyielding passion for success
