We are looking for a Capability Development Educator, to deliver effective and engaging Capability Development processes, learning experiences, and supportive coaching of people managers that will enable all of our team members to successfully promote quality care and meaningful engagement for residents.
What you'll get to do:
- Deliver our enhanced induction program in partnership with our Organisational Capability team and Clinical Capability Manager
- Deliver engaging and timely mandatory learning processes
- Implement Clinical Capability development and coaching programs that enable our staff team to deliver great care for residents
- Facilitate engaging Capability Development programs that are in line with organisational priorities and model of care

- Relevant qualifications and experience delivering impactful adult learning and coaching
- Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA and experience working in clinical environments
- Experience delivering high-impact learning events and coaching
- Contemporary industry knowledge and experience in learning and development
- Excellent EQ, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced approach to influencing, crucial conversations and balancing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to be “tech savvy” and use people systems to track learning events, mandatory learning, and learning impact and
- Passion to keep up to date with current learning and development best practice frameworks.
