North Sydney Council administers the North Sydney local government area on Sydney’s picturesque lower North Shore. The role
Reporting to the Service Unit Manager Capital Projects and Asset Management, The Capital Delivery Program Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and delivery of Council’s multi-year capital works program. The program, which will be informed by Council’s adopted strategy and asset management plans, will include coordination of community consultation and the development of a recurrent design program for proposed works.
How you'll make a difference
Using their technical skills and experience, The Capital Delivery Coordinator will provide guidance and instruction to a small team multidisciplinary professionals charged with the development and delivery of Council’s Capital Works programs. The role will work closely with the Asset Management Coordinator to support the Service Unit Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Capital Projects and Asset Management team.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a person from a Project Management, Engineering or design background, who has previous experience in the development, design and delivery of public works.
