Capital Projects - Planning & Delivery Manager

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, we are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong project skill set. This is an excellent opportunity providing the scope to manage projects from planning to delivery on a large scale. A strong accountability for the delivery of St Kevin’s College Capital Master Plan projects and other significant maintenance projects across all campuses will be expected.

About you

With qualifications in a relevant discipline ideally engineering, construction and/or,
facilities & maintenance, you possess exceptional project management experience. Your understanding of construction delivery is exceptional including the risk management involved. You thrive in coordinating the implementation of project plans and monitoring performance against the plan outcomes.
