In this role, you will take charge of overseeing our Dealership in Sydney - St Marys , which includes – sales, service and retail as well as contribute to our exciting future growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- To proactively drive the day-to-day dealership operations, across all operational areas.
- Demonstrate your ability to build consistent results in a fast-paced environment, develop strategies to enhance the dealership profitability.
- Can you build a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team and to ensure customer service is number 1 priority.
- You have an extensive background in sales leadership, customer service and have managed local branches to optimize performance across all areas.
- You have the necessary skills to continuously identify opportunities for growth to enhance branch performance, to grow market share, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dealer Principal within the Boating, Automotive or Caravan and RV dealership industry.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret financial P7L reports.
- Proven ability in achieving financial targets and KPI’s.
- Thorough knowledge of Caravan RV Dealership management principle
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading multidisciplined teams .
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, coach and mentor your team.
