Consultative Care Options is currently assisting a reputable in-home Care Provider in recruiting a qualified Home Care Package Coordinator for their team.

Thriving in this role requires:

• Experience in Home Care package coordination: You'll be a master at navigating the intricacies of Home Care, including managing budgets and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery and
• A passion for client care: Building genuine relationships with your clients and their families will be paramount. Your expertise will empower them to live independently with the support they deserve.

In addition to all of the the above, you will also need:

• Diploma of Community Services or equivalent 
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements for Home Care Packages
• Proven ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for our clients 
• Strong IT skills in MSOffice and Care Databases
• National Police Check
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Right to Work in Australia permanently with no restrictions
