About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, principally working Monday to Friday AM shifts.
The candidate will share the passion and drive to create a life-re-imaged for our residents and to re-define the standard and quality of aged care available in Australia.

About you:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional leadership capability
- A passion for and experience in the aged care sector
- Demonstrable understanding of the complexity of the residential aged care regulatory environment
