Care Manager

Care Manager - Northern Rivers, NSW 
  
We are seeking an experienced RN or previous Care Manager who ideally has prior experience managing a residential aged care home. Working with a highly regarded NFP provider, you will oversee clinical care of a small facility with support from a CCC, Facility Manager and Head Office.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or leadership experience of 5+ years 
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an aged care facility 
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and legislation 
• Excellent time management & communication skills
