As a Conference Events Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of our corporate events. You will work closely with our event management team to provide essential support throughout all stages of event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for guests arrival
• Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee assistance.
• Coordinate event materials such as signage, name badges, and promotional items.
• Assist with post-event activities such as gathering feedback and evaluating event success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in providing support for corporate events is essential.
• Must be able to work casually in May and/or June 2024 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
