If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for you to join our team in the Outpatients Osteoporosis Primary Care Program as an Occupational Therapist.In this role, you will provide client/patient/consumer-centered care and clinical recommendations, adhering to current clinical guidelines, policies, and standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal levels of independence for our clients/patients/consumers.This position plays a vital role in delivering essential clinical services across all CCLHD Occupational Therapy services and will require rostered weekend shifts.About You

• You are qualified as an Occupational Therapist with current registration with AHPRA.
• You have effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• You have sound clinical reasoning and the ability to work independently.
• You can set priorities and apply a range of options to develop solutions for optimal clinical outcomes for the patient and carer.
• You have a current NSW Drivers' Licence. (please upload a copy of your licence to your application)
