Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Centre Director to ensure smooth operations, implement high-quality policies, and provide educational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Children's Welfare and Education: Create a safe and stimulating learning environment. Develop appropriate educational programs based on individual needs and community requirements.
- Team Management: Foster teamwork and cooperation among staff members, and ensure adherence to organizational culture and vision.
- Programming and Quality Standards: Ensure educational programs meet national and state frameworks. Oversee the maintenance of evidence folders and adherence to Child Safe Standards.
- Family and Community Engagement: Communicate and Involve families in curriculum development, and promote the centres' programs and philosophy within the community.
- Financial Management: Manage the centres' finances in line with company values, and ensure compliance with licensing and funding requirements.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role in an early childhood education setting.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA Assessed and Qualified)
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, state and local childcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
