This exceeding in all 7 areas centre is long day care centre and preschool serving parents in the St Leonard's, Artarmon, Chatswood and the surrounding suburbs of the Lower North Shore.
Responsibilities include:
• You will be responsible for ensuring that high quality care and education is provided on and off the floor
• You will ensure the centre is compliant with the EYLF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
• You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with the Centre's policies and procedures and manage enrolments and waitlists working closely developing collaborative relationships with children, families and the local community
• Overseeing the curriculum as the centre's Educational Leader
Your skills with leading, mentoring and developing connected relationships within the centre team, children and families will be essential to your success in this position.

Essential Criteria:
• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Overseas qualification are accepted if they have been approved by ACECQA)
• At least 2 year's experience in a similar nominated supervisor role
• Valid Working with Children's Check
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Proven ability to inspire, lead and support a team of successful educators
• Efficient organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
