AddressChange Analyst - Part Time (3 days a week)

Daily Rate: $700-$800 including super
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid work - Inner city office)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months initially
Our client is currently implementing a HR system replacement and is looking for a Change Analyst to join their team 3 days a week.
The Change Analyst will be responsible for:
- Driving and developing change impact analysis
- Ability to prepare comms for a wide variety of audiences
- Experience in preparing training packs
- Working with key stakeholders to identify and document the current and future state across process, technology, operating model, behaviours and culture
- Developing presentation material and helping facilitate showcases and roadshows
- Coordinating change management activities
- Assessing the readiness of the business for change and success of change management efforts
- Contributing to building enterprise change maturity and capability
- Working with the Communications Lead to develop communications
The successful candidate will bring:
- 1-3 years of similar experience in a change management role
- Experience with large scale organisations /transformations
- Demonstrated high level communication skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace and deal with competing/changing priorities
- Ability to handle challenging situations and stakeholders
