About The Role:
We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit. As a Change Analyst, you will make a meaningful impact on the embedding of change, as you work collaboratively with the Project team in the execution of change delivery items. Conducting change impact assessments, managing stakeholders, contributing to change management and communication plans, training plans, artefacts and change readiness.
Reporting to the Enterprise Change Lead, and with daily interaction and direction from the Program Director and Change Manager, the role will develop, coordinate and support communication, change, and engagement across assigned program / project initiatives. The role accountabilities will cover key components of change, including people and culture, systems and processes and technology improvements.

Prior experience in a similar role, and proven ability to support execution and delivery of change strategy within a similar organisational environment.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.?
Effective communication/interpersonal skills with a record of strong commitment and achievement in meeting stakeholder needs
Time management and organisational skills, including the ability to set plans and manage key milestones and deliverables
Strong stakeholder management skills and analysing data to gain change insights.?
Proven ability to deliver tactical communications within a similar organisational environment.
Relevant degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in business, change and/or communications and experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience.
Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite, in particular Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
