About the Role
The GP Engagement & Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting, coordinating, development of and delivery of GP engagement initiatives across the Myhealth Sydney network.
Working collaboratively with our Directors, GP's, Managers & Support Office staff, the GP Engagement & Events Coordinator will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for:

• Attracting & recruiting new GP Registrars to the Myhealth Sydney network
• Facilitating & supporting GP Registrars through the onboarding process, including contracts and administrative support tasks
• Plan and assist with facilitating GP & GP Registrar training events
• Planning & facilitation of GP & GP Registrar conferences & Events
• Support existing GP Registrars in the transition to GP roles after fellowship completion
• Additional administration tasks as required

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in event planning or previous sales position in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector highly desirable
• Previous experience in a role working with GP Registrars or GP's highly desirable
• Previous experience using CRM systems desirable
• Growth mindset & creative problem solver
• Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• A current driver's license and your own car (travel reimbursed)
• A people person who genuinely enjoys networking supporting people
