About the role
Cbus is undergoing significant growth; supporting the business and our people through the associated changes is critical to achieving our strategic objectives by embedding leading change management practices, processes, capabilities and competencies across the fund. As the Change Lead, you will help create and roll out the enterprise-wide change vision and strategy.

You will develop, manage and implement the Change Centre of Excellence (CoE), which, embedded in the organisation, will support relevant sponsors to help manage and prioritise decisions on enterprise change activities and create a positive culture around change activities.

Working closely with the Head of Change Management day-to-day you will -

  • Develop a plan to roll out the enterprise change vision and strategy.
  • Support the Executive sponsors to help manage and prioritise decisions on enterprise change activities.
  • Deliver change training to support the change practice capability up lift enterprise wide
  • Identify and manage risks of change management at Cbus.
Ideally, you have - 
  • Implemented a Change centre of excellence in other organisations
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A very good understanding of the psychology of the change process and how to manage and support this change in an enterprise
  • Demonstrated experience in developing tools and processes for CoE
  • Strategic change portfolio management experience
  • A forward thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture
