Your Role
In your new you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of projects through a technical lens, focusing on the human aspect of change. Beyond the traditional responsibilities of crafting and executing change management strategies, you will also play a crucial role in integrating technical solutions into the change management process. This will involve understanding and addressing the technical challenges associated with implementing changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
Your primary responsibility will encompass creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage of technical solutions while minimising resistance.
You will work closely with project teams, guiding them in integrating change management activities into their plans and ensuring that technical aspects are adequately addressed. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and outcomes from a technical standpoint, preparing and presenting reports and deliverables to senior management and key stakeholders.
Your technical expertise will be instrumental in driving faster adoption, greater proficiency, and ultimately, the realisation of desired outcomes and benefits for the organisation.
About You
You will have a bachelor's degree in business, psychology, sociology, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of five years relevant experience in change management, preferably within the workforce accommodation or related industries.
Your background demonstrates proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. And with this brings excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
