It’s a fantastic time to join the Benetas team, with an exciting and broad change and transformation agenda ahead of us, this role is an opportunity to contribute to and influence a broad scope of projects and initiatives across the organisation.
Positioned in the People, Culture and Diversity team, this newly created role will lead change at an organisational wide and holistic level. You will establish and oversee contemporary change management practices and methodologies, contribute to the uplift of change capability through expert advice and coaching and play a pivotal role in influencing communication and engagement strategies that support the success of projects.
You will use your highly established stakeholder engagement skills to engage and work with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation to design and deliver change solutions.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Establish the change management service offering to ensure that people focused change management is a success enabler for projects and initiatives
  • Work in partnership with project managers, executive and key stakeholders to design and integrate change management practices to support and improve adoption of change
  • Develop and deliver strategies to uplift the change and transformation capability across the organisation that enables the business to respond to and adopt change
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement discrete change management plans for projects of various sizes and scopes
  • Design and deliver communication, training and engagement strategies
  • Define success metrics to monitor and evaluate change management processes and strategies
  • Enhance enterprise-thinking and better coordination by actively assessing the cumulative impact of concurrent changes taking place and sequencing needs
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Experience in delivering complex change projects with organisation wide impact.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills in managing and executing multiple concurrent workstreams of change with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills with the ability to influence and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders to support and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Strong analytical ability including being able to challenge and understand the underlying business rationale.
  • Possess an agile mindset, demonstrating agility in thinking and a learning approach that is open to, and learns from experiments and new approaches.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a small team and across a large organisational structure.
  • Experience in and passion for training to ensure effective uplift and adoption
  • Change management certification/accreditation desirable
  • Experience in aged care, health care, community services or government desirable
