Position:Change Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the organization's transition to the cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of cloud migration on business processes and systems.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the migration and develop mitigation plans.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for the change initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees to facilitate a smooth transition to the cloud environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably in the context of cloud migration projects.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence stakeholders through periods of change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with cloud migration processes.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
