Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Change Manager, starting as soon as possible, for an initial period of six months with possible extension.
We are looking for candidates who have experience working in the Energy or Utilities industry and working with technical stakeholder groups.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing change for highly technical system implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Leading diverse change management activities ensuring they are well-integrated within the program and project schedules, and determining the strategy that will most effectively support the technical change being executed.
- Engaging stakeholders and maintaining collaborative working relationships and strategic partnerships to support strategic outcomes.
- Collaborating, negotiating and consulting with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders and customers to deliver high quality outputs.
- Engaging with stakeholders and the program team to continually refine key messages and change related content that underpins communication outputs.
- Identifying change and adoption risks, issues and gaps, taking appropriate steps to mitigate.
- Conducting impact and change readiness assessments to identify potential areas of resistance and implement plans to mitigate or resolve.
- Facilitating workshops, meetings and delivering presentations to support change champions and impacted groups.
- Facilitating the smooth integration of new technologies, such as the SDx platform, into business operations, ensuring they are effectively embedded into the organisational culture and processes.
- Developing training programs to support end users and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
About you:
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Change Manager / change lead / change analyst, with demonstrated experience in managing change for highly technical system implementations.
- Proficient in adeptly navigating and influencing diverse stakeholders, including managing resistance and fostering alignment during change initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to tailor communication and develop rapport with business users at all levels.
- Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing interests.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working within the Energy or Utilities sector his highly regarded
