Everything is prepared and baked in-house, and we prioritize sourcing our produce from local growers in the Sydney region. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional food for our corporate clients and film shoots.
Position: Chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with a focus on fresh produce from the growers markets.
- Maintain excellent knife skills and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Contribute to our daily menu, emphasizing high-protein salads and "green is best" offerings.
- Support catering operations for corporate clients and film shoots.
- Uphold our commitment to using the freshest ingredients and producing everything in-house.
- Chef qualification.
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Chef, with at least two years in catering.
- Experience working in a kitchen with excellent knife skills and the ability to work quickly.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with occasional weekends.
- Ability to work within a team that values quality and fresh produce.
