Prison Break Cafe is an industrial Cafe that operates Monday- Friday 5am- 3pm. Perfect for those who enjoy having evenings and weekends off. We are looking for someone to join our team who is as enthusiastic about the industry as we are. Looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and who has experience in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 3 years' experience working in a kitchen.
- Food and Safety Supervisor Certificate is a must.
- MUST BE RELIABLE
Tasks & responsibilities
- Basic Cooking and Food Preparation
- Food Safety in the Kitchen, Following Council Food Safety guidelines
- Maintaining a clean kitchen
- Assist in Food Costings and Wastage
