Manage a high performing team, and ensure high standard of consistency and quality
Work together with the kitchen team
Design and implement new ideas for exceptional seasonal menus
Have a passion and desire for food, ideas will be embraced
Be able to work unsupervised
Reliable, honest & Great attitude
Ensuring that food costs and wages are meeting budget.
Ensuring the Kitchen Minimum Standards (KMS) are being followed and adhered to by all kitchen team members
1 year experience as a Cook.
