Built in a historic Fremantle cottage, Nieuw Ruin strives to bring back forgotten classics to the modern day, utilising super fresh, hyper local produce.
We’re interested in a chef who is looking to work with autonomy and work as a member of a strong team of passionate young cooks. We aim to work at the forefront of our industry, sustaining a menu of innovative, original dishes that are ever changing. We’re looking for a creative individual who is excited to become part of this process and work with a flexible menu, who is dedicated to food quality and sets high standards for service.
We request applicants that have a minimum of two years work experience.
We endeavour to provide our chefs with a well-rounded culinary education and a wide set of skills. Keeping up with seasonality, keeping our chefs and large roster of regulars, engaged and excited to eat and cook at Nieuw Ruin.
