Duties of Chef de Partie include:
Kitchen all rounder, can work on multiple sections in a multi level restaurant. Previous experience in hatted restaurants is beneficial. Can work standard recipes ser by venue, work in a clean and tidy manner, ability to prioritise work and work as a team. Good communication both verbally and written (prep sheets)
