The Leederville is on the hunt for full time Chef de Partie to join our team. The Leederville Precinct is a busy operation responsible for servicing The Garden, The Leederville Hotel, and Servo. You will need to be able to demonstrate, depending on your experience:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable hygiene standards, including a certificate in the AHA COVID-19 Hygiene course.
- Stock control, ordering, and rotation.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a busy bistro is highly regarded.
- Work experience on sections including but not limited to grill, pans, pizza, fryers, and larder, highly regarded
- Flexible with working hours.
- Passion for producing consistent, quality food.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
- Must have the right to work in Australia and be a permanent resident.
