The Vault Restaurant is a busy Italian restaurant in Perth Hills with a strong and dedicated front of house and kitchen team. We are open from Wednesday to Sunday 11 am till late.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working in an Italian kitchen
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef De Partie
- Food handling and safety certificate required
- Ability to work in a busy and fast paced kitchen with minimal supervision
- Good work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate clearly in the kitchen
- Ability to work as part of a team
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working between different sections from grill, larder and pasta
- Working weekends and night shifts
- Assisting the head chef and other kitchen staff with other necessary tasks in kitchen
- Assisting with preparations for service
