The Roles
We are seeking Chef De Partie's, Commis Chefs& Cooks who are committed to leading from the front, cultivating a positive and supportive culture, and ensuring our customers are always at the forefront. We are looking for passionate foodies that want to work with local producers, farmers and fisherman.
What you need?
We're looking for industry professionals that want to help shape the North Byron Hotel for years to come. Additionally, you have excellent attention to detail, show initiative, are focused, and strive to achieve accountable targets. Successful candidates will work with the team to actively bring new and exciting ideas to the table, no idea is too wild or too difficult!
- Good understanding of kitchen operations
- Great communication skills
- Ability to lead, inspire and drive the kitchen team to reach key goals set by the Management team
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends
- Rights to work in Australia
