Originally built in 1907. Gosnells Hotel is the oldest public building in the City of Gosnells. Today, the Hotel boasts a large bistro, wide variety of beers on tap, 2 separate outdoor areas, a Sports Bar and fantastic function facilities. We cater to a wide range of occasions, from a quick lunch with friends to after work drinks to unwind after a long day.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Trade cooking qualifications are essential ( cert 3 minimum)
- Flexible availability
