We are currently looking for the right people to join our team this summer and be inspired by the opportunity to build on a legacy that has been successful and widely acclaimed for the past 20 years..
We are looking for strong, confident chefs with plenty of experience in high-end establishments who will be able to pick up the reins walking into a very busy venue during peak season. The role is for 5 days per week with flexibility where required. Working over Christmas and new year period is also a must so please ensure availability.
This role offers you:

You must have the following attributes:
•Suitable qualifications and have had at least 2/3 years post apprenticeship experience, references will be contacted;
•Must be well rounded.
•Need to be highly adaptable;
•Deal well with on the spot directions;
•Experience training staff and apprentices;
•Be efficient;
•Have a valid visa or working rights;
•Strong dedication to your craft;
•Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and can work as part of a team. Able to troubleshoot and adapt;
•Monitoring equipment to ensure quality of production;
•Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards;
•Day, Evening and Weekend work required.
This is a full-time position or casual and requires a good deal of dedication.
