Role andResponsibility
· Preparing a range of ModernAustralian meals for guests of the venue, including, breakfast, lunch, snacks to a high standard
· Ensure menus, food standards,procedures and processes are followed
· Supervise and manage kitchenoperations as required
· Maintain standards for food storage,rotation, quality and appearance
· Is responsible for ensuring thecleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulationstandards
