Pasta Wine Bar in Sydney CBD requires experienced Chef & Sous Chef min 8 years + experience. Sundays closed. We are seeking Chefs who:
- Possess formal cookery qualifications (certificate 3 or 4)
- Have significant Italian cuisine experience working in a fast paced, high pressure, high service volume environment
- Are flexible, well organised and can display excellent attention to detail
- Enjoy working as a part of a high performing team and have a friendly & professional demeanour
- Have experience with Italian cuisine.
We would also like to employ apprentice chefs, who:
- Are highly enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Can demonstrate a self-motivated and professional attitude
- Are hardworking, reliable and ready to grow their career at our thriving business *
Qualifications & experience
- previous experience in Italian restaurant
- working pasta & grill section
Tasks & responsibilities
- working in pan section, making pasta. Grill experience also an advantage.
- Authentic Italian Menu.
