About the JOB: Due to business expansion and restructure, we are looking for a hands-on HR administrator to join our Head Office team in Sydney.
Daily roles and responsibilities include:
- Assist recruitment processes, including advertisements, interviews and offer letters.
- Coordinate new employee contracts and onboarding process, including orientations and training sessions.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Assist general administrative duties, including mail, filing, email, enquired and producing correspondence for employees.
- Coordinate, manage and book all business-related travel required for employees.
- Plan and organize company conference, venue booking and group dinning.
- Company level centralized purchase, e.g., working mobile phones, PCs, stationery, Christmas gifts.
- Liaise with external IT team, solicitor, and property manager etc. to make sure the daily office operation is in good order.
- Other general administrative and service duties as required.
Ideal applicants:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to show emotional intelligence in dealing with various stakeholders within the business.
- Task initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
