Is this the role for you?

The Human Resources Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the day to day operation of the HR team. You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for employee queries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun and passionate team where you will be exposed to all facets of the employee lifecycle.

This role is a full time role based in our North Ryde Office. Hybrid working available, working from the office minimum 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, manage, and respond efficiently and accurately to HR inquiries and the HR Inbox
  • Provide administrative support in relation to the recruitment, relocation, retention and termination of employees, ensuring accurate employee records are maintained for payroll and record keeping purposes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, hiring metrics, and other relevant data.
  • Advise payroll of employee changes.
  • Process invoices and other payments relating to the activities of the Human Resources function.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and social events
  • Administer the HR aspects of the salary continuance program and injury management programs, in line with the Insurer and Company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administration role, supporting a team.
  • Deadline oriented with a very high level of attention to detail.
  • Organised and confident in managing a demanding workload and competing priorities.
  • Ability to engage and communicate professionally at all levels within the organisation.
  • Passionate with a can-do attitude
