National and diverse PM firm, delivering projects on behalf of major clients across Australia. Brilliant culture and supportive Directors. Work on landmark projects but on the nicer side of the fence, the PM consultancy side. Manage all stakeholders on behalf of the client.
Your new role
Your role will be to use your Tier 1 delivery or design experience on Melbourne projects, to manage all stakeholders in the delivery of various civil, road projects.
2 roles on offer, 1. civil / road, 2. road, land development based projects.
Manage projects from design through to delivery. Liaise with all major stakeholders to coordinate quality performance. Be removed from the on site frustrations with more of a birds eye consultant view of projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be, as per the clients request;
Civil Degree qualified
5- 10 years experience
Experience working for an Australian Tier 1 or 2 delivery contractor or design firm so you can much these types of organisations
Experience working on civil road projects
Outstanding communication skills- as the role is of stakeholder management focus
Based in Melbourne with major Victorian project experience
