AddressJoin us as a Project Manager at Centrals and be part of our strategic growth journey. We're currently seeking experienced professionals to lead our Main Roads WA projects. This is a full-time opportunity on a 2-week on, 1-week off roster, working on projects up to $50M.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing diverse civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time and within budget.
- Ensuring projects comply with our Integrated Management System for Safety, Environment, and Quality.
- Building and nurturing positive client relationships to facilitate project delivery and enhance repeat business prospects.
- Efficiently utilising resources for cost-effective and safe project delivery.
- Generating monthly revenue and cost forecasting reports.
- Handling contractual matters, including variations and claims.
- Mentoring and training team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and upholding company standards in project completion.
Experience and qualifications required:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven track record in delivering MRWA projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
- Proficient negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities within project constraints.
- Thorough understanding of safety, environmental, and quality systems, along with local civil construction legislation.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, evaluation, and administration, including familiarity with Australian standards.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
