The Company
BCP Group is a long established company based in Busselton and Bunbury W.A. with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand & gravel supply, demolition and liquid waste. The business is looking for a Project Administrator for a Karratha based project. KARRATHA RESIDENTS ONLY.
The Role
As the Project Administrator, you will be based on site and duties will include:
- Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager to prepare correspondence and reports for the Project team.
- Coordinate and manage all project documentation, meeting minutes and agendas
- Assist the HSEQ Coordinator in maintaining all necessary safety requirements on site.
- Document Control on site.
- Asset Management Records on site.
- Assist the Project Manager with the organisation of purchase orders, delivery dockets and other paperwork on site.
- Liaise with head office and the project team with bookings of inductions, training for employees and sub-contractors.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies and other miscellaneous items required for site.
- Maintain Project Site Registers and files.
- Adhoc clerical and office duties as required.
- 20-30 Hours a week.
About You
As the Project Administrator you will have the following experience, knowledge, and skills to bring to the role:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Construction industry, in a similar role desirable.
- Excellent computer literacy skills across Microsoft office suite.
